Conflict

Conflict is an important step along the way to change. It is not always pleasant to argue, but experience shows that conflict with superiors and colleagues is part of our everyday working lives. In mentoring we try to identify sources of dissatisfaction together and to explore the options that may grow out of the conflict.

Coaching can be the place to practice conflict, in teams, and with the coaches.
