Everyone has the freedom to decide what they do and what they do not do. Sometimes we think we are forced to make decisions we do not want to make. It can be liberating to rediscover and experience freedom.
Freedom has another side - the responsibility to take charge and give shape to things and to use our skills to our best abilities. Freedom can also mean not accepting what is offered to us, not always keeping all our options open, but deciding.
In mentoring and coaching you are free to reflect about your decisions in new ways, to discover new perspectives.
As mentors and coaches we are free to accept or refuse commissions, we are free to ask all the stupid questions, and we are free to pursue unusual paths and to think out aloud.
