The world needs people who are willing to take on responsibility. Responsibility for their own actions and selves, and responsibility for the organizations where they work. To take on responsibility means making the best possible use of conditions and options. That is not always easy.
We believe that everyone has this potential.
Our work is aimed at people and teams who want to make the most of their responsibility but sometimes encounter difficulties along the way. People who want to reflect on this and try out new options.
As coaches and mentors we also take on responsibility, by defining settings, asking questions when things seem confused, moving processes along, and by determining the right tempo. All of this of course in consultation with our clients.
