Discursive diversity in day-to-day management

Two day workshop
Managers and leaders are faced daily with a great variety of different discursive situations with their staff. They may have to deal with recruitment of new staff or staff returning; they may have to manage conflict, evaluate performance, or assess the status of work in progress. Some of these conversations might be easy to manage, whereas others bring new challenges. All of them can be used to enhance the workplace.

- theoretical basics
- preparing, implementing and debriefing for various scenarios
- hands-on practice
